The TPS73501 is a low-dropout linear regulator capable of delivering 500mA with an adjustable output from 1.25V to 6V. It operates from 2.7V to 6.5V input and features an ultra-low dropout voltage of 250mV at 500mA, enabling high efficiency in battery-powered applications. The device consumes 40µA typical quiescent current and provides 70dB PSRR at 1kHz, suitable for noise-sensitive RF loads. Stability is maintained with ceramic output capacitors as low as 2.2µF.
