The TPS73533DRBR is a 500mA low-dropout linear regulator from Texas Instruments in 8-pin VSON (DRB) package with PowerPAD™, providing fixed 3.3V output. For selection, verify input from 2.7V to 6.5V, fixed 3.3V output with 2% overall accuracy (load, line, and temperature), dropout of 280mV at 500mA, quiescent current of 45µA typical, PSRR of 68dB at 1kHz, output noise of 13.2µVRMS, fast start-up of 45µs, enable pin, overcurrent and thermal protection, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include stability with small 2.2µF ceramic output capacitor and low dropout for extended battery life. Ideal for RF applications (VCOs, PLLs, ADCs, DACs), Bluetooth/WLAN modules, smartphones, tablets, portable medical devices, cameras, and any noise-sensitive circuit requiring clean, stable 3.3V supply with 500mA current capability.
