TPS73701DRBR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS73701 is a 1-A low-dropout linear regulator with an adjustable output from 1.2 V to 5.0 V, operating from a 2.2-V to 5.5-V input. It features ultra-low dropout of 40 mV at 1 A and high PSRR of 65 dB at 1 kHz, using a unique bias rail for high efficiency. The device includes a power-good output, enable pin, current limiting, and thermal protection. It is stable with any output capacitor and requires a minimum output capacitance of 2.2 μF. Packaged in an 8-pin SON (DRB) (3 mm × 3 mm) with PowerPAD, the TPS73701 is ideal for powering high-performance processors.
