TPS74401RGWR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS74401 is a 3A low-dropout linear regulator with adjustable output from 0.8V to 3.6V, operating from 1.4V to 5.5V input. It features ultra-low dropout of 200mV at 3A and high PSRR of 60dB at 1kHz. The device provides programmable soft-start and power-good output for supply sequencing. Built-in protection includes current limiting and thermal shutdown. The TPS74401 is available in 20-pin VQFN package. Selection is ideal for high-current point-of-load regulation requiring low dropout and excellent transient response. Applications include FPGA, ASIC, and DSP core power supplies, high-performance processors in servers and telecom equipment, and post-regulation for switching converters.
