TPS79328DBVR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS79328 is a high-PSRR, ultra-low noise LDO providing 200mA output at 2.8V fixed voltage. It operates from 2.7V to 5.5V input and features 63dB PSRR at 1kHz, 15µVrms output noise, and 170µA quiescent current. The device uses a proprietary BiCMOS process for high accuracy and stability with ceramic capacitors. Selection is ideal for noise-sensitive RF and analog circuits.
