TPS79501DCQR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS79501DCQR is a 500-mA low-dropout linear regulator with an adjustable output from 1.2-V to 5.5-V, operating from a 2.7-V to 5.5-V input . It features ultra-low output noise (10 µVRMS with noise bypass capacitor), high PSRR of 65 dB at 1 kHz, and a low dropout of 200 mV at 500 mA . Quiescent current is 265 µA typical. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-223 (DCQ), it is ideal for noise-sensitive RF and analog circuits.
