TPS79633DCQR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS79633 is a 1-A low-dropout linear regulator with a fixed 3.3-V output, operating from a 2.7-V to 5.5-V input. It features ultra-low output noise (10-µVRMS with noise bypass capacitor), high PSRR of 65-dB at 1-kHz, and a low dropout of 200-mV at 1-A. Quiescent current is 265-µA typical. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-223 (DCQ), it is ideal for noise-sensitive RF and analog circuits.
