TPS7A0309PDBVR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear
The TPS7A0309PDBVR is a 200mA ultra-low-quiescent-current low-dropout linear regulator from Texas Instruments in 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) package, providing fixed 0.9V output. For selection, verify input from 1.5V to 6.5V, fixed 0.9V output with ±1.5% accuracy, quiescent current of 0.5µA typical, dropout of 160mV at 200mA, enable pin, overcurrent and thermal protection, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include stability with small 1µF ceramic output capacitor and active output discharge.
