The TPS7A19 is a 500-mA low-dropout linear regulator with an adjustable output from 0.8-V to 6.0-V, operating from a 1.6-V to 6.5-V input. It features a low dropout of 200-mV at 500-mA, high PSRR of 45-dB at 1-MHz, and low output noise. The device includes an enable pin for power sequencing, current limiting, and thermal protection. Packaged in an 8-pin SON (DRB) (3 mm × 3 mm) with PowerPAD.
