TPS7A2031PDBVR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS7A2031 is a 300mA ultra-low-noise low-dropout linear regulator with fixed 3.1V output (factory-programmed) . It operates from 1.6V to 6.0V input and features ultra-low output noise of 7µVRMS without requiring a noise bypass capacitor. The device provides high PSRR of 95dB at 1kHz, very low quiescent current of 6.5µA, and output voltage tolerance of ±1.5% maximum across load, line, and temperature. Dropout voltage is 140mV maximum at 300mA (VOUT=3.3V). The TPS7A2031 includes a smart enable pulldown and internal soft-start to limit inrush current, and is stable with 1µF minimum ceramic output capacitor. Packaged in SOT-23-5, this device is ideal for powering noise-sensitive RF and analog circuits. Applications include smartphones, tablets, IP network cameras, portable medical equipment, smart meters, wearables, and motor drives requiring clean power.
