TPS7A2050PDQNR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS7A20 is an ultra-small, low-noise low-dropout regulator (LDO) sourcing 300 mA with a fixed 5.0 V output from an input of 1.6 V to 6.0 V . It delivers ultra-low output noise of 7 µVRMS without a noise bypass capacitor and a high PSRR of 65 dB at 100 Hz, ideal for noise-sensitive RF and analog circuits . Quiescent current is 15 µA typical, with a low dropout of 140 mV at full load. The device includes an enable pin and protection features (overcurrent, overtemperature, UVLO). Packaged in a 4-pin X2SON (1 mm × 1 mm), it is optimal for battery-powered, space-constrained applications.
