The TPS7A20 is an ultra-small, low-noise LDO delivering 300mA with fixed 1.8V output, operating from 1.6V to 5.5V. It features ultra-low noise of 7µVRMS typical and high PSRR of 73dB at 1kHz, making it ideal for noise-sensitive RF and analog loads. Quiescent current is 20µA typical. Dropout voltage is 190mV typical at 300mA. The device requires only 0.47µF input and output capacitors. Packaged in 4-pin X2SON. Selection is optimal for powering camera sensors and audio codecs in space-constrained designs.
