The TPS7A20L28 is an ultra-small low-noise LDO delivering 300 mA with a fixed 2.8 V output, operating from 1.6 V to 6 V input . It features ultra-low output noise of 7 µVRMS and high PSRR of 95 dB at 1 kHz, making it ideal for noise-sensitive RF and analog loads. Quiescent current is 6.5 µA typical with 140 mV dropout at full load. The device includes enable pin for power sequencing, current limiting, and thermal protection. It requires only 0.47 µF input and output capacitors for stability. Housed in a 4-pin X2SON (1.0 mm × 1.0 mm) package, this LDO is optimal for powering camera sensors, audio codecs, and RF transceivers in space-constrained designs.
