TPS7A2401DBVR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)
The TPS7A24 is a 200-mA low-dropout linear regulator with an adjustable output from 1.2 V to 5.5 V, operating from a 2.5-V to 7.5-V input . It features an ultra-low quiescent current of 2.6-µA typical (3.5-µA max), a low dropout of 0.26 V at full load, and output accuracy of ±1.5% over temperature. The device includes thermal shutdown, current limiting, and an enable pin for power sequencing. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV), it is ideal for portable and battery-powered applications requiring low IQ and a wide input range.
