TPS7A2533DRVR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)
The TPS7A25 is a 500mA low-noise LDO with fixed 3.3V output, operating from 2.4V to 18V input. It features low noise of 8.5µVRMS and high PSRR of 70dB at 1kHz. Quiescent current is 23µA typical. Dropout voltage is 230mV typical at 500mA. The device includes enable and power-good output for supply sequencing. Packaged in 6-pin WSON with PowerPAD for excellent thermal performance. Selection is ideal for powering noise-sensitive analog and RF circuits requiring up to 500mA. Applications include RF power supplies for wireless infrastructure, audio codec power, high-performance ADC and DAC power, and automotive infotainment systems.
