The TPS7A3001 is a high-voltage, ultra-low-noise, negative LDO regulator with an adjustable output from –1.18 V to –33 V, operating from an input of –3 V to –36 V, sourcing up to 200 mA. It features ultra-low output noise of 15 µVRMS and high PSRR of 72 dB at 1 kHz, making it ideal for cleaning noisy negative voltage rails. Quiescent current is 1.1 mA typical with 15 nA in shutdown. Packaged in an 8-pin HVSSOP with PowerPAD, the TPS7A3001 is suitable for precision analog applications requiring clean negative supplies.
