TPS7A3701DRVR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS7A3701 is a high-accuracy, 1-A ultra-low-dropout (LDO) regulator with a 1.2V to 5.5V adjustable output, operating from a 2.2V to 5.5V input. It features a low dropout of 200mV max at 1A, fast load transient response, and reverse current protection . Quiescent current is 0.4mA typical with less than 20nA in shutdown. Output accuracy is 1% over line, load, and temperature. Packaged in a 6-pin WSON (DRV) (2mm × 2mm) , this LDO is stable with a small 1-µF ceramic output capacitor. It is ideal for powering noise-sensitive analog and RF circuits in portable and battery-powered devices. Applications include battery-powered equipment, wireless sensors, medical devices, and post-regulation for switching converters requiring high accuracy and low dropout.
