TPS7A3901DSCR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS7A3901 is a dual-output LDO with adjustable output from 1.2 V to 6 V for each channel, operating from a 2.75-V to 27-V input per channel. Each channel delivers up to 150-mA output current with a typical dropout voltage of 0.6 V at 150 mA. The device includes independent enable pins for each channel, thermal shutdown, and current limiting. Output accuracy is 1.5% over temperature. Packaged in a 10-pin WSON (DSC) (3 mm × 3 mm), the TPS7A3901 is ideal for dual-rail power applications.
