TPS7A8300RGWR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS7A8300 is a 2-A low-dropout linear regulator with ultra-low output noise of 4.5 μVRMS and high PSRR of 45 dB at 1 MHz. It operates from a 1.1-V to 6.5-V input and provides an adjustable output from 0.8 V to 5.2 V with ±1% output accuracy over line, load, and temperature. Dropout voltage is 110 mV typical at 2 A. The device includes a power-good output, enable pin, current limiting, and thermal protection. Packaged in a 20-pin VQFN (RGW) (5 mm × 5 mm) with PowerPAD, the TPS7A8300 is ideal for noise-sensitive RF and analog circuits.
