TPS7A9401DSCR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TPS7A94 is a 1-A, ultra-low noise (0.46 µVRMS, broadband) low-dropout linear regulator with an adjustable output from 0.4-V to 5.3-V, operating from a 0.7-V to 5.5-V input. It features a high PSRR of 62 dB at 1 MHz, a precision enable, power-good output, current limiting, and thermal protection. Packaged in a 10-pin WSON (DSC) (3 mm × 3 mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for powering noise-sensitive RF and analog circuits in high-performance systems. Applications include RF power supplies for wireless infrastructure, high-speed ADC and DAC power for test and measurement, and medical imaging systems.
