The TPS7B8601-Q1 is an automotive-grade low-dropout regulator qualified for AEC-Q100 with wide input voltage range of 3V to 40V. It provides up to 500mA output current with an adjustable output from 1.2V to 18V. The device features ultra-low quiescent current of 3.5µA typical, making it suitable for always-on automotive applications. Load transient response is excellent, and the LDO is stable with ceramic output capacitors. Protection includes current limiting and thermal shutdown.
