The TPS92200D1DDCR is a 1.5A synchronous step-down LED driver from Texas Instruments in 6-pin SOT-23 (DDC) package, designed for high-brightness LED driving with analog and PWM dimming. For selection, verify input from 4.5V to 30V, output voltage up to 28V, 1.5A continuous output current, 2.1MHz switching frequency, integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs, analog and PWM dimming control, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
