The TPS92200 is a high-efficiency, synchronous buck LED driver operating from a 4.5-V to 30-V input and delivering up to 1.5-A output current. It features integrated low-RDS(on) MOSFETs, adjustable switching frequency up to 2.2 MHz, and both analog and PWM dimming control for precise LED brightness regulation. The device includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal shutdown, and LED open/short protection. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23, the TPS92200 is ideal for cost-effective, space-constrained LED lighting applications.
