TPS92512HVDGQR TI LED Drivers
The TPS92512HV is a 2.5-A step-down constant current regulator for driving high-current LEDs. The HV version accepts input voltages up to 60 V. It operates at a user-selectable fixed frequency and employs peak current-mode control, providing excellent line and load regulation. The device features separate analog and PWM dimming inputs for flexible brightness control. The internal oscillator can be synchronized to an external clock for multi-string applications to simplify EMI filtering. Protection features include cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown. Packaged in a 10-pin HVSSOP with PowerPAD (DGQ) (3 mm × 4.9 mm), this device is ideal for industrial and automotive LED lighting applications, including high-brightness arrays, architectural lighting, and signage.
