The TRSF3232EIRGTR is a high-speed (1 Mbit/s) RS-232 line driver/receiver from Texas Instruments, consisting of two drivers and two receivers. It operates from a single 3V to 5.5V supply and meets the requirements of TIA/EIA-232-F standards. The device features ±15-kV ESD protection on RS-232 pins and operates at data signaling rates up to 1 Mbit/s, making it suitable for high-speed RS-232 applications. The dual charge pump requires only four 0.1µF external capacitors for operation. Housed in a 16-pin VQFN (RGT) package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C.
