The TS12A12511 is a single single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch with low on-resistance of 1.5Ω typical, operating from a 1.65V to 5.5V single supply. It features rail-to-rail analog signal transmission with break-before-make switching, low charge injection (50pC typical), and a wide bandwidth of 300MHz. Off-isolation is –70dB at 1MHz. Packaged in an 8-pin SOT-23 (DCN), it is ideal for audio and data signal routing in portable and battery-powered applications. Applications include audio headphone switching, speaker switching, and communication circuits requiring low distortion with high bandwidth.
