TS27L2AIDT ST Operational Amplifiers
The TS27L2AIDT is a micropower, high voltage CMOS dual operational amplifier from STMicroelectronics in SO-8 package, designed for single or dual supply operation with very low power consumption . For selection, verify supply voltage from 3V to 16V single or dual supplies, ultra-low power consumption of only 10µA per amplifier, output voltage can swing to ground, low input offset voltage of 1.1mV max, input bias current of 1pA, gain bandwidth product of 100kHz, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C . Features include ST silicon gate CMOS process, rail-to-rail output capability, low input bias current, internal frequency compensation, and ESD protection. Ideal for battery-powered portable devices, handheld instruments, sensor signal conditioning (pH meters, photodiode amplifiers), and active filters.
