The TS27L2CPT from STMicroelectronics is a micropower dual CMOS operational amplifier optimized for battery-powered and low-consumption applications. For selection, its standout feature is an ultra-low supply current of just 10µA per amplifier, which significantly extends battery life. It operates from a wide single supply of 3V to 16V (or dual ±1.5V to ±8V), offering exceptional power flexibility. Despite its low power consumption, it provides a 100kHz gain-bandwidth product and a slew rate of 0.04V/µs. Key features include a very high input impedance with an input bias current of only 1pA, an output voltage that can swing to ground, and an excellent phase margin on capacitive loads.
