TS27L4IDT ST Operational Amplifiers

The TS27L4IDT is a micropower quad CMOS operational amplifier from STMicroelectronics in SO-14 surface-mount package, operating from 3V to 16V supply with very low power consumption for battery-powered applications. For selection, verify supply voltage from 3V to 16V single or dual supplies, ultra-low supply current of 10µA typical per amplifier, gain bandwidth product of 100kHz, input offset voltage, low input bias current of 1pA for high-impedance sensing, rail-to-rail output capability, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include ST silicon gate CMOS process for excellent consumption-speed ratio, output can swing to ground, and internal frequency compensation.
