TS393CDT ST Comparators
The TS393CDT is a dual micropower CMOS voltage comparator from STMicroelectronics in SO-8 package, featuring ultra-low power consumption and open-drain output. For selection, verify supply voltage from 2.7V to 16V single or ±1.35V to ±8V dual, propagation delay of 2µs typical, very low supply current of 20µA typical, open-drain output for wired-OR configurations, and operating temperature from 0°C to +70°C. Features include rail-to-rail input common mode voltage, low input bias current, and low offset voltage. Ideal for battery-powered portable devices, threshold detectors, level shifting circuits, zero-crossing detectors, oscillator circuits, and any low-power analog comparison application requiring open-drain output.
