The TS3A4751 is a quad single-pole single-throw (SPST) normally-open analog switch, operating from a 1.6-V to 3.6-V single supply. It features an ultra-low on-resistance of 0.9-Ω typical at 3-V, making it ideal for low-distortion signal routing. The device supports rail-to-rail analog signal transmission with break-before-make switching, low charge injection of 3-pC, and a –3-dB bandwidth of 125-MHz. Quiescent current is 75-nA typical. Packaged in a 14-pin TSSOP (PW) (5 mm × 4.4 mm), it is suitable for portable and battery-powered applications. Applications include audio headphone switching, data acquisition, and communication circuits requiring low on-resistance and wide bandwidth.
