The TS3A5017 is a wide-bandwidth dual single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch designed for high-performance audio and video switching applications. It operates from 1.65V to 3.6V supply and features low on-resistance of 5Ω typical with 300MHz bandwidth. The device provides break-before-make switching and low crosstalk for signal integrity. On-resistance is flat across the entire signal range, minimizing distortion. The TS3A5017 features low charge injection of 3pC typical. Selection is ideal for low-distortion signal routing in portable and battery-powered audio/video applications.
