The TS3USB221 is a high-bandwidth (1.1-GHz) dual SPDT USB 2.0 analog switch, operating from a 2.3-V to 3.6-V supply. It features low on-resistance (4 Ω typical) and low capacitance (6.5 pF), supporting data rates up to 480 Mbps. The device includes break-before-make switching and is optimized for USB 2.0 high-speed signal switching. VCC operation at 3.3 V provides compatibility with most USB controllers.
