TS5A3157DBVR TI Analog Switches, Multiplexers, Demultiplexers

The TS5A3157DBVR is a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch designed to operate from 1.65V to 5.5V . It handles both analog and digital signals, with signals up to V+ capable of being transmitted in either direction. Key features include low ON-state resistance (10Ω), control inputs that are 5V tolerant, low charge injection, excellent ON-state resistance matching, and low total harmonic distortion (THD) . The device supports break-before-make switching to prevent signal distortion during channel transition. ESD performance is tested per JESD 22 with a 2000-V Human-Body Model rating, and latch-up performance exceeds 100 mA per JESD 78, Class II. Housed in a 6-pin SOT-23 (DBV) package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C . Applications include audio and video signal routing, portable instrumentation, battery-powered equipment, cellular phones, PDAs, and data acquisition systems.
