The TS5A4595DBVR is a single-pole single-throw (SPST) analog switch designed to operate from 2V to 5.5V. It features low ON-state resistance of 8 Ω (maximum) with ON-state resistance flatness of 1.5 Ω, ensuring consistent performance across the signal range. Control inputs are 5.5V tolerant, and the device offers low charge injection of 5 pC (maximum) and a wide -3dB bandwidth of 450 MHz at 25°C.
