The TSB12LV32TPZEP is the enhanced-product (EP) version of the TSB12LV32 GP2Lynx IEEE 1394a-2000 link-layer controller from Texas Instruments, designed for high-reliability applications with a controlled baseline and extended product life cycle. It features the same high-performance capabilities as the standard device, supporting 100, 200, and 400 Mbit/s data rates, a 32-bit CRC generator, and a 2K-byte FIFO buffer. The EP version offers enhanced temperature performance from -40°C to 105°C, along with qualification pedigree for mission-critical systems. Housed in a 100-pin LQFP (PZ) package (14mm × 14mm), it operates over -40°C to 105°C. Applications include military and aerospace data links, high-reliability industrial control systems, medical imaging equipment, and defense electronics.
