The TSV991ILT is a single rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier from STMicroelectronics in SOT-23-5 surface-mount package, operating from 2.5V to 5.5V supply with 20MHz gain bandwidth product and 10V/µs slew rate for high-speed low-voltage applications. For selection, verify input offset voltage of 1.5mV max (A grade), low input offset current, ultra-low input bias current of 1pA typical, high output current of 35mA, supply current of 1.1mA typical (2.8mA max per channel at 25°C), ESD internal protection (2kV HBM), and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
