The TUSB216RWBRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) USB 2.0 high-speed signal conditioner (redriver) from Texas Instruments designed for automotive and industrial applications. It features an input equalization function and supports data rates of up to 480 Mbps, with the ability to drive USB 2.0 high-speed signals through 5-meter cables. The device includes an integrated BC 1.2 battery charging controller, operates from a supply voltage of 2.3V to 6.5V with a supply current of 36 mA, and is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Housed in a 12-pin X2QFN (RWB) package (1.6mm x 1.6mm), it operates over -40°C to 105°C.
