TUSB322IRWBR is a USB Type-C and USB PD combined controller from Texas Instruments for consumer and industrial USB-C devices. It follows USB Type-C 2.1 and USB PD 3.0 standards, supporting up to 60 W power delivery at 20 V/3 A and 10 Gbps high-speed data transfer. It integrates power switch, current sensing circuitry and full protection against overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature, with automatic source/sink role negotiation. Low power consumption and ESD protection ensure long-term reliability across -40 °C to 85 °C. It uses a 12-X2QFN package with 1.6x1.6 mm size. Typical uses include USB-C chargers, power banks, multi-port hubs, desktop peripherals and industrial equipment with combined USB data and power functions.
