TUSB4020BIPHPRQ1 TI Controllers

The TUSB4020BIPHPRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) two-port USB 2.0 hub controller from Texas Instruments with I²C interface for configuration. The device is compliant with USB 2.0 specification, supports High-Speed (480 Mbps), Full-Speed (12 Mbps), and Low-Speed (1.5 Mbps) operation, and features per-port power switching and overcurrent detection. It includes battery charging support and supports EEPROM or I²C/SMBus for custom VID/PID and port configurations. Housed in a 48-pin HTQFP (PHP) package (7mm × 7mm), it operates over -40°C to 85°C.
