TUSB7340IRKMT TI Controllers

The TUSB7340IRKMT is the industrial-temperature version of the TUSB7340, designed as a four-port SuperSpeed USB 3.0 xHCI host controller from Texas Instruments. It is fully compliant with the USB 3.0 specification, supporting data rates up to 5 Gbps while maintaining backward compatibility with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices. The device integrates a PCI Express 2.0 interface for connection to the host system and features four downstream ports with individual power switching and overcurrent detection. It supports the Battery Charging Specification (BC 1.2) for faster charging. Housed in a 100-pin WQFN-MR (RKMT) package (9mm × 9mm), it operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Applications include industrial computers, embedded systems, telecommunications equipment, and ruggedized computing platforms requiring high-performance USB 3.0 host expansion.
