TUSB7340RKMR TI Controllers

The TUSB7340RKMR is a four-port, SuperSpeed USB 3.0 xHCI host controller from Texas Instruments, compliant with the Intel xHCI (eXtensible Host Controller Interface) specification. It supports data rates of up to 5 Gbps for SuperSpeed operation while remaining fully backward compatible with High-Speed (480 Mbps), Full-Speed (12 Mbps), and Low-Speed (1.5 Mbps) devices. The device integrates a PCI Express 2.0 (PCIe) interface for connection to the host system, enabling high-bandwidth communication for demanding multimedia and storage peripherals. It features four downstream ports with individual power switching and overcurrent sensing, robust flow control, and support for all standard USB transfer types. Housed in a 100-pin WQFN-MR (RKMR) package (9mm × 9mm), it operates over a commercial temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
