TUSB8020BIPHPRQ1 TI Controllers

The TUSB8020BIPHPRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) two-port USB 3.0 hub controller from Texas Instruments designed for automotive infotainment and connectivity applications. The device supports SuperSpeed (5 Gbps) data rates, is fully compliant with USB 3.0 specification, and is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices. It features battery charging support for CDP and DCP modes, per-port power switching, and supports OTP ROM, EEPROM, or I²C/SMBus for custom configurations. Housed in a 48-pin HTQFP (PHP) package (7mm × 7mm), it operates over -40°C to 85°C. Applications include automotive infotainment head units, telematics units, and rear-seat entertainment systems requiring two-port USB 3.0 expansion.
