The TXB0101DCKR is a single-bit bidirectional voltage-level translator with automatic direction sensing from Texas Instruments in SC-70-6 (DCK) package . For selection, verify A-port supply (VCCA) from 1.2 V to 3.6 V and B-port supply (VCCB) from 1.65 V to 5.5 V, ensuring VCCA ≤ VCCB at all times, data rate up to 100 Mbps for push-pull applications, note external pullup/pulldown resistors should be >50 kΩ, VCC isolation (if either VCC is at GND, both ports are high-impedance), Ioff partial-power-down support, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C.
