TXB0104D TI Translators, Level Shifters
The TXB0104 is a 4-bit bidirectional voltage level translator with auto-direction sensing for push-pull applications, operating with VCCA from 1.2V to 3.6V and VCCB from 1.65V to 5.5V. It supports 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V voltage translation. The device features 100Mbps data rate and 4kV ESD protection. Auto-direction sensing eliminates need for direction control pins. Packaged in 14-pin SOIC. Selection is optimal for push-pull interfaces in mixed-voltage systems requiring 4-bit bidirectional translation.
