TXB0104RGYR TI Translators, Level Shifters

The TXB0104RGYR is a 4-bit bidirectional voltage-level translator with automatic direction sensing from Texas Instruments in VQFN-14 (RGY) surface-mount package, eliminating the need for a direction-control signal. For selection, verify A-port supply (VCCA) from 1.2V to 3.6V and B-port supply (VCCB) from 1.65V to 5.5V, ensuring VCCA ≤ VCCB at all times, data rate up to 100Mbps for push-pull applications, note that external pullup or pulldown resistors should be >50kΩ due to internal 4kΩ series resistors, VCC isolation (if either VCC is at GND, both ports are high-impedance), Ioff partial-power-down support, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C. Features include ESD protection and low quiescent current.
