TXB0106PWR TI Translators, Level Shifters

The TXB0106 is a 6-bit bidirectional voltage level translator with auto-direction sensing for push-pull applications, operating with VCCA from 1.2 V to 3.6 V and VCCB from 1.65 V to 5.5 V. It supports 1.2-V, 1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V, and 5-V voltage translation. The device features 100-Mbps data rate and 4-kV ESD protection. Auto-direction sensing eliminates the need for a direction control pin, simplifying design. Packaged in a 16-pin TSSOP, it is optimal for push-pull interfaces in mixed-voltage systems requiring 6-bit bidirectional translation.
