TXB0106RGYR TI Translators, Level Shifters
The TXB0106 is a 6-bit bidirectional voltage level translator with auto-direction sensing for push-pull applications, operating with VCCA from 1.2V to 3.6V and VCCB from 1.65V to 5.5V. It supports 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V voltage translation. The device features 100Mbps data rate and 4kV ESD protection. Auto-direction sensing eliminates need for direction control pins. Packaged in 16-pin VQFN. Selection is optimal for push-pull interfaces requiring 6-bit bidirectional translation in space-constrained designs.
