TXB0108DQSR TI Translators, Level Shifters

This 8-bit non-inverting bidirectional voltage-level translator uses two configurable power-supply rails. The A port accepts any supply voltage from 1.2V to 3.6V, and the B port accepts from 1.65V to 5.5V (VCCA ≤ VCCB), allowing universal translation between 1.2-V, 1.5-V, 1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V, and 5-V nodes. The device features auto-direction sensing, eliminating the need for a direction control pin. Output-enable (OE) is referenced to VCCA, and Ioff supports partial-power-down mode. Low power consumption is 4µA max ICC, with ±15-kV ESD protection on the B port. Packaged in a 20-pin USON (DQS), it is ideal for push-pull interfaces in smartphones, tablets, and multi-voltage embedded systems requiring 8-bit bidirectional translation.
