The TXS0102DQER is a 2-bit bidirectional voltage-level translator with automatic direction sensing from Texas Instruments in X2SON-8 ultra-small surface-mount package, eliminating the need for a direction-control signal. For selection, verify A-port supply (VCCA) from 1.65V to 3.6V and B-port supply (VCCB) from 2.3V to 5.5V, ensuring VCCA ≤ VCCB at all times, data rate up to 24Mbps (push-pull) or 2Mbps (open-drain), VCC isolation (if either VCC input is GND, both ports are high-impedance), Ioff partial-power-down support, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C. Features include no power-supply sequencing required, low quiescent current, and ultra-small X2SON-8 package (1.4mm × 1.0mm).
